SMAT Concept Properties Marks 2nd Anniversary With Thanksgiving
SMAT Concept Properties Limited* will mark its second anniversary with a grand celebration themed around two years of excellence, trust, growth and impact in Nigeria’s real estate sector.
The anniversary event is scheduled for *Saturday, August 29, 2026*, at the *KFT Event Centre, , Ugboroke, Uvwie, Delta State
According to the Managing Direction of the Smart concept properties, Mr Elijah Omoghene Otojanewhe the celebration will feature special appearances, hosts and guest artistes. *Pastor Korede Komaiya* is billed for a special appearance.
