The Managing Director of the Edo State Waste Management Board, Amb. Dr. Lucky Enehita-Inegbenehi, led management and staff of the Board in a comprehensive waste management exercise at New Benin Market.
He resumed and closed the day’s activities on ground with the team.
Demonstrating a hands-on approach to service, the Managing Director personally supervised waste clearing, enforcement, and public sensitization.
He engaged directly with traders, residents, and market users on proper waste disposal and compliance with waste management regulations.
The all-day exercise combined intensive waste clearing, advocacy, and enforcement to improve sanitation standards within the market.
By leading from the front and interacting directly with stakeholders, Amb. Dr. Lucky Enehita-Inegbenehi reaffirmed the Board’s commitment to effective waste management, public health, and a cleaner Edo State.
