The management of the Benin-Owena River Basin Development Authority (BORDA) has listed some roads in the Edo North district for rehabilitation and reconstruction.
Among these roads are the NITEL road in Auchi in Etsako West and the Stadium Road in Uzanu, Etsako East respectively.
The NITEL road is scheduled for comprehensive reconstruction and surface dressing, while the Stadium Road will undergo rehabilitation and construction.
The BORDA management has published an advertisement in selected national dailies to inform the public about these plans.
BORDA’s intervention is seen as a major effort to boost economic activities as well as give roads in the district a facelift to complement that of the local and state government.
Additionally, the joy and the benefits of having an Edo North son at the helm of affairs at BORDA is something to cherish for the residents of the district
