The House of Representatives candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) for Etsako Federal Constituency, Chief Braimah Oshiomah Yakubu, has secured the endorsement of women across Etsako West Local Government Area.
Chief Braimah, popularly known as De-General, received the endorsement during a consultative meeting held in Auchi, the headquarters of Etsako West LGA.
The meeting, held at the residence of Hajia Mero, revered as the mother of all mothers in Auchi, attracted a large gathering of women and was described as a powerful moment of unity, love, and hope for Etsako’s future.
Addressing the women, the ADC candidate, who also hails from Auchi, expressed gratitude for their support and prayers.
He said, “There is something deeply profound about the prayers of a mother. When our mothers speak, they speak from the heart of the home. When they pray, they invoke blessings that shape destinies. And today, the mothers of Etsako spoke clearly and boldly: ‘Go, we are solidly behind you.'”
According to him, “The endorsement is not just support — it is a seal of trust, a vote of confidence, and a call to duty.”
”Our mothers are the true builders of our homes. They nurture, they guide, they protect, and they sustain. Today, they have affirmed that De-General is the leader Etsako needs — a leader who will protect, provide, and reposition our constituency for growth and prosperity.
”Indeed, no woman, no nation. When the mothers rise, the nation rises. When they speak, the future listens. This is a moment of joy — a moment that reminds us that the journey ahead is blessed, supported, and unstoppable.
”Let us move forward together, united in purpose and driven by the vision of a better Etsako,” he added.
