Tenebe Celebrates Obaseki at 67,: describes him as a good finisher, Prudent Manager

A PDP stalwart in Edo state , Chief Henry Duke Tenebe, has taken the opportunity of the governor’s birthday celebration to pay tribute to his visionary and compassionate leadership

According to Chief Tenebe, Gov Obaseki’s eight years in administration have been marked as a golden era of peace, justice, and monumental progress in every aspect of life.

Tenebe firmly believes that history will reflect Governor Obaseki’s unwavering commitment to his goals and his determination to leave a lasting legacy.

Chief Tenebe also emphasized that the impact of Gov Obaseki’s administration touches nearly every facet of life in Edo State, from agricultural development to pension reforms, empowerment initiatives, infrastructure projects, educational programs, and healthcare improvements

Governor Godwin Obaseki, at 67 he said has become the focal point of celebration in Edo State.

The technocrat and investment banker has been acknowledged to have prioritized reforms in almost two term tenure.

He particularly highlighted the governor’s significant increase of the state workers’ monthly salary to N70,000, which exceeds the federal government’s minimum wage offer.

The top PDP leader is confident that Gov Obaseki’s focused leadership and significant sacrifices will secure a prosperous legacy for him and the party.

. Hon Tenebe also spoke against the opposition’s attempt to discredit the Obaseki legacy and portray him as a failure despite his good intentions and compassionate leadership style

Tenebe described the attempt by the opposition which never sees anything good in what other people do as “baseless”.

In his words, they have chosen to ignore Gov Obaseki’s significant achievements, despite benefiting directly from his administration’s positive impact.

He wished Gov Obaseki good health as he prepares to hand over the mantle of leadership to Asuen Ighodalo.

Also, he hoped that candidate Asue Ighodalo would succeed in his quest to follow in Obaseki’s footsteps, in line with the wishes of the Edo people.
