Edo state Governor , Senator Monday Okpebholo has sacked the leadership of the Edo state Muslims welfare board which was headed by Sheikh Ibrahim Oyarekhua.
Sheikh Oyarekhua has been replaced by Alhaji Muhammad Musa Uduimoh, who are both from Etsako West council area,.
The former board was inaugurated by the former administration of Governor Godwin Obaseki
In a related development, Hon. Stanley Odidi and Hon. Aramiya momoh aka Mbakwe have been recognized for their support of the party.
Hon. Odidi, a former council chairman of Etsako East was appointed to represent Edo North on the board of the Edo State Oil and Gas Producing Areas, EDSOGPADEC
In the case of Hon. Momoh, he was appointed as a member of the Edo State Independent Electoral Commission (EDOSIEC).
