Ogiewonyi Family Remembers Late Patriarch

The Ogiewonyi family of Oredo is commemorating the 11th anniversary of the passing of their beloved father, Late Pa Samuel Ogiemwonyi Aigbe Abu, affectionately known as “Toronto”.

He passed away in March 2015, leaving behind a legacy of wisdom and kindness.

One of his daughters, Racheal (Ray Ray) Ogiemwonyi, a boutique owner and businesswoman located at Edo nuj secretariat , recalls her father as a man of exceptional wisdom, likening him to King Solomon. She says he had a gift for addressing complex issues and was a source of joy to his children.

She further said a monument is being planned in his honour, serving as a lasting legacy for future generations to learn about his life and legacy .

The family will mark the occasion with a Thanksgiving service, attended by friends, family, and well-wishers .
