‎Momoh Facilitates Ambulance To Edo University Teaching Hospital‎

‎In a remarkable show of healthcare support, the Minister of Regional Development, Hon. Abubakar Momoh, has facilitated a state-of-the-art ambulance  to the Edo State University Teaching Hospital Auchi


‎The state of the art Ambulance was were  procured by the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC  an agency under the supervision of the ministry of Regional Development with Hon momoh Abubakar as Minister.



‎The announcement was made through a press release by the Public Relations Officer of the Edo University  Iyamho ,Mr Amaechi Kelly Quincy



‎The Edo State University Teaching Hospital, nestled in the heart of Edo North, is the leading teaching hospital in the district




‎The press statement equally assured that the state-of-the-art ambulance courtesy of NDDC would be put to good use by the hospital management, adding it would significantly elevate the hospital’s ability to respond to medical emergencies and crises.





‎During the brief handover ceremony held in the confines of the hospital in Auchi, Etsako West, Prof. Dawood Egbefo, the Acting Vice Chancellor of the University, expressed profound gratitude for the donation




‎He stressed that the ambulance donation will drastically enhance the hospital’s emergency response capabilities as well as optimize medical interventions when they are needed most.




‎Dr Moses Imologomhe, the Acting Chief Medical Director of the hospital, commended the minister’s initiative as both timely and transformative while reassuring that the ambulance would be deployed to good use in saving lives and providing essential medical care.



‎The hospital leadership also used the occasion to reaffirm its commitment to advancing healthcare infrastructure within the state


‎They also emphasized their readiness to partner with public-spirited individuals and organizations in improving healthcare delivery throughout the state.
