According to him, Governor Okpebholo described the day as “a great day” for the APC in Osun State, noting that the peaceful conduct of the primary reflected the collective resolve of party members to move forward as one family.

“I sincerely thank the National Working Committee of our great party and the governors of other states who are here to serve under this committee with the responsibility accorded to us.

“This is a very important exercise, and we do not take this confidence for granted. We are fully committed to delivering a process that truly reflects the will of party members,” he said.

“You represent the heartbeat of our internal democracy. Your presence here to affirm our candidate shows loyalty, responsibility and commitment to the future of Osun State,” he added.

“Under the Renewed Hope Agenda, Mr. President has initiated various projects, reforms and economic interventions that are shaping our nation. These efforts deserve our full support, not just today, but as we look ahead to the 2027 general election,”

He further urged members of the party and Nigerians to stand firmly behind the President to ensure continuity.

He further stressed the importance of Osun State remaining strongly connected to the federal government, noting that such alignment would attract greater development, projects, economic support and opportunities for the people of the state.
