The Managing Director of EDOGIS, Dr. Tony Ikpasaja, warmly welcomed dignitaries and explained that decentralizing EDOGIS offices aligns with Governor Monday Okpebholo’s vision of bringing government services, especially Certificate of Occupancy (CofO) services, closer to the people at the grassroots level.
