The PDP National Leader of Owan Clan Distinguished Senator Yisa Braimoh, received the blessings and assurances of his Kinsmen , Ihievbe community Village Heads, Elders, Women, Youths and the Ihievbe Traditional Council to vote en masse for the candidate of the PDP , Dr Asue Ighodalo on Saturday 21st September, 2024.
The Elders of the various Villages of Ihievbe Kingdom and Traditional Council Chiefs who took turns to appreciate the enviable track record of political dividends which Senator Braimoh had recorded over the years for Ihievbe Kingdom , were all very equivocal and resounding in their resolve to vote for PDP and Dr. Asue Ighodalo .
Unanimously , they eulogized Senator Yisa Braimoh as the only Ihievbe politically-true son they know , who has never misled them as his track record of infrastructural and human capital developments clearly stands him out .
Senator Yisa Braimoh, who could not hide his joy , reassured the Ihievbe Traditional Council and the Village Heads that his love and resolve for a better Ihievbe remains paramount .
The very elated SYB took the Ihievbe Elders and Chiefs down memory lane and concluded that all he did and will continue to do is to realize a prosperous and United Ihievbe Kingdom.
He reassured the ihievbe Elders & Leaders of the irrevocable commitment of Asue Ighodalo to transform Edo State from poverty to prosperity !
The high point of the parley with the Village Heads and Traditional Chiefs was the prayer for a peaceful election and victory for PDP and Asue Ighodalo on Saturday 21st September , 2024 by all Ihievbe Village Heads.
HRH Abdulrasak Evbogbai of Ihievbe Kingdom, in his remarks, thanked the Village Heads and Palace chiefs for their decision to support PDP and its candidate Dr. Asue Ighodalo. The Royal Father also thanked Senator Braimoh for always putting Ihievbe homeland first !
SYB was accompanied to the community parley by PDP Stalwarts , women and youth leaders amongst whom were Amb. Sifawu Inu-Umoru, Evangelist Maria Oisamoje ,Edo north PDP Senatorial Women Leader , Chief O. P Otoikhila , Dr. Muktar Itai , leaders of Ihievbe PDP wards 3 and 4 , and a host of other leaders.
