, The Edo state commissioner in charge of Business ,Trade and Co-operatives Hon Afie Braimoh, doled out goodies to both the PDP leaders as well as the women coordinators in her Owan East constituency
Hon Afie package as she is fondly called by her numerous admirers, is the daughter of the foremost PDP leader in Owan and also one who is fast learning the political ropes, is seen as a way of thanking the people for their unalloyed support both to her and the party.
Her emissaries were on hand to deliver the high-quality wrappers to the leaders and the designated women coordinator across all the wards in the locality.
The gifts were warmly received by the recipients who showered praises on Hon Afie for her thoughtfulness and placing premium attention on the well-being of the PDP members in her immediate constituency.
With this particular gesture, Hon Afie may have unwittingly raised the bar for others to emulate.
Hon Braimoh since her appointment has become one of the brightest lights in the state cabinet .
Her gesture has again proven that she was properly brought up in an African home where appreciation is highly commendable.
Hon Afie Braimoh was appointed a commissioner to represent Owan East LGA in February 2022 by the Edo state governor Mr Godwin Obaseki hence she is celebrating the first yuletide season in their company.
