The Member representing Oredo federal Constituency at the National Assembly, Hon Engr Esosa iyawe has donated 76 different medical equipments to New Era Primary Health Care Center in Oredo Local government area in Benin city.
Hon iyawe in his remarks while presenting the medical equipments said health is an integral part of welfare of the people hence the donation.
The lawmaker further said there’s is need to give supporting hands to Governor Monday okpeholo and similarly encourage other lawmakers to emulate what he is doing to improve the health care in the state.
The Medical Officer of the centre, Dr Mary Esiemoghie who received the equipment on behalf of the center while responding said the donation as timely and also described the lawmaker as a man who has the people at heart.
Hon iyawe generosity she said is uncommon, stating that they have long been expectant of his kindness.
Some of the medical equipments provided by the Law maker includes examination couch,Bed pan, Metal chairs, Long benches and iInstruments cabinet.
Hon iyawe was accompanied on the visit by APC Leaders in Oredo local government.
