The hon member representing Oredo federal constituency at the National Assembly,Hon Engr Esosa iyawe has in the spirit of Ramadan identified with Muslims faithful with the donation of food items.
The food items was received on behalf of the Muslims in the state by the Chief Imam of Benin, Alhaji Abdul Fatah Enabulele at Benin Central mosque.
Hon Iyawe in his remarks during the presentation of the food items said the donation was made to support the Muslim community who are presently undergoing fasting.
He said as a legislator representing Oredo people ,there is need to extend a hand of fellowship to the needy hence the provision of various food items to assist them health wise during the fasting period.
The Chief Imam Of Benin Central Mosque Alhaji Abdul Fatah Enabulele while responding described the member representing Oredo Federal Constituency at the National assembly Engr. Esosa Iyawe as a visionary leader who truly has the interest of the people at heart.
Alhaji Enabulele further said in appreciation that Hon iyawe’s generosity and kindness to muslim Community is uncommon and pray to Almighty Allah to grant him his heart desire.
Engr Esosa Iyawe was accompanied on the visit by APC leaders in Oredo Local Government Area
